Most standard orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Wellness Scoop orders may take 5 to 10 business days due to the time involved in curating and preparing each experience.

Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75. Wellness Scoop orders ship free within the United States.

Yes, international shipping is available. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Our Elemental Boxes ship by the 10th of each month.

Wellness Scoops

A Wellness Scoop is a curated surprise experience featuring a selection of items from across the Pramora collection. Depending on the scoop you choose, your order may include crystals, wellness goods, self-care items, spiritual tools, and other thoughtful finds.

Yes. You are welcome to leave notes at checkout with preferences such as favorite colors, scents, intentions, or the types of items you are most drawn to. While each scoop is still a surprise, we do our best to keep your preferences in mind.

Wellness Scoops are designed to be a surprise, but they are still prepared with care and intention. We do our best to create an experience that feels thoughtful, balanced, and aligned with any preferences you share.

Our scoop-only options do not include a featured premium item unless specifically stated in the product description.

Yes. The Elemental Box makes a beautiful gift, and we offer a gift subscription option for special occasions and thoughtful surprises.

No. Each month's box is curated to feel fresh, special, and thoughtfully selected.

Products & Natural Variation

Not exactly. Many of our products, especially crystals and natural items, will vary in color, pattern, shape, and size. That natural variation is part of what makes each piece special.

Many of our products are natural, handmade, or one of a kind. Because of this, slight variation is normal and should be expected.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are personal, natural, handmade, or curated, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the matter and assist you.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to make it right.
