Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Pramora Elements. We want your order experience to feel smooth, clear, and thoughtful from checkout to delivery. Please review the information below regarding shipping, processing times, and returns.

Processing Times
Most standard orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Because Wellness Scoops are curated experiences that require additional preparation, scoop orders may take 5 to 10 business days to process. Elemental Box subscription orders ship by the 10th of each month. Please note that processing times do not include carrier transit times and may vary during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75. All Wellness Scoop orders ship free within the United States. Shipping rates for other domestic orders are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
International shipping is available. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and order size. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Order Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to shipping details once an order has been processed or shipped.

Natural Variation
Many Pramora products are natural, handmade, or one of a kind. Because of this, slight variation in color, shape, pattern, and size is normal and should be expected. This is especially true for crystals, stones, and other naturally sourced items. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on: curated scoop experiences, subscription boxes, bath and body products, teas, consumable items or other personal-use goods, opened or used items, and natural or one-of-a-kind items based on normal variation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, clear photos of the item, and clear photos of the packaging if applicable. Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or prepared. Because many Pramora items are curated or prepared with care, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once work on the order has begun.
