Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50. Pramora Elements is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather-related disruptions. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled and is no longer the responsibility of Pramora Elements.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, customers must email info@thepramora.com within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item and the order number. We do not issue refunds or replacements for items lost after confirmed delivery.

Subscription Services

For customers enrolled in a subscription box plan, charges will be processed automatically based on the selected subscription. Customers may cancel, pause, or update their subscription through their account, subject to the timing of the next billing cycle. Subscription boxes are final sale and non-refundable once processed.

All content on this site, including images, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and design, is the property of Pramora Elements and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
